In the early spring of 1999 Industrial Rescue Instruction Systems opened its privately owned and operated Rescue & Tactical Training Center in Beaumont, Texas. This facility has been on the drawing board for years in order to be the most ideal structure for industrial rescue training. Complete with twin towers, barrel ladders, switchback stairs, high and low level pipe racks, hand rails and elevated platforms, the center is proportionate with dimensions used in a process operating facility. Our confined space project consists of tanks and towers with multi-sized portals and entry points with both vertical and horizontal crawl spaces. The classroom was also designed for indoor rigging and confined space as an alternative in the event of bad weather.
